Yeah, it's cold, VERY cold. Exactly how cold cannot be described. However, if you're hardcore enough to raft or kayak in this weather chances are you have invested in the clothing to stay warm. A good drysuit goes a long way and when you're in a kayak you stay 'relatively' dry from the waist down.
