House that goes with the Dragon
If you look close at the doorway, you can see the "Dragon" light hanger to the upper right ( see previous post: Here there be dragons... )This is one of my favorite houses along the Kanawha Blvd. in Charleston WV.

I have a question about permissions...with your professional background: is it OK to take a picture like this and publish it without getting permission? I have a project in mind that would entail pictures just like this...the front of the house...and I've held off thinking I'd have to get a signed permission. Thanks!

The images I took are to accompany my message/blog and are newsworthy in the respect as to what I am writing about- I am also NOT taking them for profit. And, for the most part- were taken from the street- public street.
